Tuesday 10 September 2024. 7.30pm to 10pm. THE MOCO MUSEUM launch party - 1-4 Marble Arch London W2. This massive gallery space actually opened in August, but are just having the launch party now. The Moco Museum (Modern Contemporary Museum) is an independent museum with locations in Amsterdam, Barcelona, and now London, dedicated to exhibiting modern and contemporary art. The museum was founded with the mission of attracting broader and younger audiences, and making art accessible to the public. It is a massive space as it's 25,000 square feet over three floors. It will be a pay ticket to visit here , so will be interesting to see how they get on here, when so many top galleries in London are free entry. A big crowd of around 300 here , over the three levels. Guests included.... A DJ playing tunes in the background . Complimentary Porte Noire champers , wines, beers , sushi canapes and desserts then 10.05pm to 12pm. Party after at NOBU, Portman Square, London W1. Around 100 folks here at this nice venue. Only Daniel Lismore is here from the known faces earlier at the main event. Complimentary prosecco , wines , beers, canapes . We left at midnight, but still buzzing as a 1am finish. --------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- Monday 09 September 2024...7.30pm to 11pm... HEINZ SALAD CREAM - Celebrating 110 years at Grasso , 81 Dean Street , Soho London W1. This was a fun and unusual event for sure . Around 40 guests here for sit down dinner and drinks. A couple of snappers outside so thanks to Holly from www.culted.com for the update on who's here. There are female twins from Love Island, a couple from TV series Love is Blind and a few well known Tik Tok influencers....a mainly younger crowd for sure. Lots of complimentary food and drinks Five courses, all sprinkled with a dash of salad cream. Crudités & Zucchini Fries Mozzarella Sticks in tomato sauce Chicken Caesar Salad Crispy Pancetta Baked Kiwi Cheesecake Three different cocktails and red & white wines. DJ kicked in after 10pm , and I asked him for a punk tune request and he played 'Hong Kong Garden'. We were given a nice item at the end of the night , as we all get a bottle of Heinz Salad Cream with our first names engraved on the front .
