The skating rink is open air , but when it starts to rain, folks are still skating until venue staff take them off the ice for health and safety reasons , and the mopping up machine comes on.
The main bar in a marquee is rammed as folks keep out of the rain.

Camila and Matthew McConaughey, are co-founders of Pantalones Organic Tequila.

FREEDOM FROM TORTURE - private view and art auction - Sotheby's , 34 -35 New Bond Street , London W1.
A big event as must be around 300 guests here at this leading auction house.
' Freedom from Torture' " refers to an art auction, "Drawing a Line Under Torture," organized by the charity Freedom from Torture and held at Sotheby's to raise funds for survivors of torture. The auction features works donated by established and emerging artists, including many prominent names, as well as pieces created by survivors who have benefited from the charity's art therapy services.
Notable artists who have donated works include Antony Gormley, Quentin Blake, David Hockney, and Ai Weiwei.
At 7.45pm for 30 mins we have the live auction.
The auctioneer does a great job of entertaining the crowd.
There is also a silent auction.
Complimentary gin cocktails, wines and canapes for all guests.
