CHRISTY LEE ROGERS - closing night party - W1 Curates, 161 - 167 Oxford Street , London W1.
This was the last day of her five day stint here.
Internationally acclaimed visual artist Christy Lee Rogers returns to the UK with a new solo exhibition that reimagines classical mythology through her signature underwater lens.
Titled 'Myths and Legends' , the exhibition will transform the iconic façade of W1 Curates on Oxford Street, as Rogers’ luminous underwater figures are projected across 300 state-of-the-art LED screens—turning one of London’s busiest streets into a vast theatre of light, colour, and movement.
Around 150 guests here in the basement of The Flannels store.
A cooler crowd than usual here tonight .
Lots of glammed up females
TAMARA BECKWITH was here.
This space has a digital art x nightclub vibe.
A female DJ is playing tunes all evening .
At 8pm Christy Lee Rogers said a few words.
Complimentary prosecco , spirits and mixers, wines and beers.

Tuesday 02 December 2025.
TONY HADLEY and his BIG BAND live at The Royal Albert Hall.
Ex Spandau Ballet singer is on another UK tour.
Tony will be mixing Rat Pack classics , Spandau Ballet hits, covers and festive tracks .
I have seen him with Spandau Ballet a few times, and solo a few times.
I saw his first London solo shows at the much smaller Jazz Cafe in Camden.
He departed Spandau Ballet over a royalties row.
Spandau tried to replace him, but a new singer lasted just one show.
Looks like they know , nobody can replace Tony, so they have given up looking to replace him.
-----------------------
The venue is sold out tonight.
No surprise that it is mainly females and m/f couples here tonight.
TONY HADLEY and his big band were on for two hours 10 mins over two sets of 60 mins and 70 mins.
Fifteen musicians on stage , including a superb eight man brass section.
Only four Spandau tracks played in a thirty song show , as Tony makes a shift towards a more relaxed, "cabaret" or "swing" style , with a setlist that includes both new material and classics from artists he admires.
Tony's distinctive powerful voice is outstanding and has ability to hold notes and project with strength.
Tony has an engaging stage presence , as he has a charming and humorous personality, which contributes to a relaxed but enjoyable atmosphere.
He drank Jack Daniels , as he fondly talked about meeting Frank Sinatra at this same venue.
These days , Tony is pretty much a modern day British Frank Sinatra.
It was a great show.
