Thursday 12 August 2021.

Thursday 12 August 2021. YUNGBLUD + NOISY live at The Forum. This is the third of five shows at this venue for this very lively performer. Twenty four year old has done really well in his career the past couple of years. His second album, Weird!, was released in late 2020 and peaked atop the UK Albums Chart, and reached number 75 on the US Billboard 200. A nice touch will be that there will be a different support act each night. ------------------ NOISY arrived on stage at 8pm and played for 30 mins. Never heard of this band before who have been signed to Island Records. Great uptempo rap-rock like The Prodigy that the crowd loved, as they bounced along. YUNGBLUD arrived on stage at 9pm and played for 90 mins. Yungblud has very loyal fans who queue up all afternoon to be front stalls standing. Lots of different colour hair in the venue tonight. Yungblud is wearing a short black skirt and pink socks and his energy levels are pretty amazing. He looks like Eddie Izzard/Jade Goody along with the wired up re-incarnation of Keith Flint. The crowd are screaming lots and bouncing along crazily to each song. They hang on to his every word he talks about being lonely, sad and depressed. You can see that it will be multi-nights at Brixton or arenas for him on the next tour. A very enjoyable show. Full Yungblud setlist played tonight... Lipstick Parents superdeadfriends I Love You, Will You Marry Me Anarchist mars Weird! YUNGBLUD + DYLAN live at The Forum. This will be the second time I have seen Yungblud here this week. Tonight is the last of his five sold out shows at this venue. Blonde female support act Dylan did a good 30 mins set, that the crowd loved. YUNGBLUD arrives on stage again at 9pm and he wearing the same outfit as Wed, and talking the same stage banter as the other night. Pretty amazing the " messiah" type hold he has over his young audience. There are screams as he bounds across the stage from side to side. His energy levels are a joy to behold. Another good show.
