Wednesday 13 October 2021... I went to two events tonight... 5.30pm to 6.45pm CLARIDGE'S ArtSpace launch party - Brooks Mews (rear of Claridge's), Mayfair, London W1. Around 200 guests here for this new gallery space opening during FRIEZE ART WEEK. DAMIEN HIRST is presenting his Sunshine 'Pipe Cleaner Animals' art works. Damien is not here but guests include Philip Sallon, Nick Grimshaw, Stephen Webster and David Downton. Complimentary Laurent-Perrier champers, wines and tasty canapés. All guests got a large poster of the event. It is free admission and on until 31 December 2021. then 7.15pm to 11pm 3 HENRIETTA STREET launch party, 3 Henrietta Street, Covent Garden, London WC2. Over 200 guests at this townhouse that was built over 200 years ago in 1780. It is right on the corner by Covent Garden Piazza. It has three different restaurants and a cafe over the four floors. PIVOT LILLY'S GENTLEMAN BARISTAS EL TAKOY Celebrity DJ and Kate Moss fave DJ FAT TONY is on the decks from 8.30pm to 10.30pm. Lots of complimentary food and drinks on all levels including Moët champers, different cocktails, wines, beers, coffees. All guests got a goodie bag on departure with half a dozen items inside. A great event.
