I have seen Bon Jovi around 25 times since they supported KISS in 1984, including three shows supporting KISS (two at Wembley Arena and one at Brighton Centre) in 1984. All four shows at Hammersmith Odeon on the "Slippery When Wet" tour in 1986. Two shows at Wembley Stadium in 1995 - Bon Jovi + Van Halen. New Jersey, USA in 2000. Four of their twelve shows at The 02 Arena in 2010. ---------------------------------- Tuesday 01 March 2022. Happy Birthday to rock legend ROGER DALTREY who is 78 today. I have see The Who many times since the mid 1970s. The Who play The Royal Albert Hall on Fri 25 March 2022. Roger Daltrey is playing a solo tour of the UK in June /July 2022. ----------------------------------- Monday 28 February 2022. MIMI WEBB live at Shepherds Bush Empire...sold out... 21 year old singer-songwriter who signed to Epic Records, when she was just aged 18. She has had two Top 20 singles..."Good Without" in 2020 , and "Dumb Love" in 2021. Tonight is the last night of her UK tour. ---------------- Tonight is pretty much 90 % excitable females under the age of 30. Another show with over 100 folks on the guest list. A nice surprise to see IAN BROUDIE from The Lightning Seeds here. Support act MILLIE TURNER arrived on stage at 8pm for her 30 mins set Some electronica pop songs that included a cover of Seal's "Crazy". There is a film camera team here for the headliner. MIMI WEBB arrived on stage at 9pm for a mere 50 mins set. Just 12 songs played, including the hits "Dumb Love" in the main set and "Good Without" as an encore. Catchy sing-a-long radio friendly pop tunes performed by Mimi Webb tonight. Encore included some nice ticker-tape over the stalls standing. A good show.
