Wednesday 23 March 2022...I went to three events today... 1.30pm to 4.30pm. IFE ( International Food & Drink Expo) at Excel, London E16. International Food & Drink Event is held in ExCel London London on 21 to 23 March 2022 showcasing the products of United Kingdom and internationals related to sectors including Meat, Fish, Seafood, Frozen foods, other foods, snacks, pasties and drinks. A truly massive event as over 5000 a day visit the many stands from around the world. Many of the stands are giving out complimentary food and drinks to try. In the Pub section Brewdog were handing out the beers and many others were handing out beers and wines and mini-cocktails. Food included Nathan's Hot Dogs from New York. Lots of pizza stands and many meat substitute stands this year. Normally i would run a mile when I see the words "made from plants" but a company called Betterfish were handing out Tu-nah sandwiches that really did taste just like Tuna. I had my first ever Bubble Tea here today, which is new trend you may have seen. It is the last day so it is easy to get fill a bag or two of food & drinks to take home as stands don't want to take them home with them. These included refrigerated items.
