Saturday 23 July 2022....7.30pm show... SISTER ACT - THE MUSICAL live at Hammersmith Apollo. I am back to see this great musical a second time. Looks pretty full again, even though seats in front stalls blocks are costing over £100 each. Beverley Knight is fantastic again - her acting and singing really is top notch. Now aged 49, Beverley is pretty much the UK Diana Ross, with the hair to match. With a mainly female crowd, this feelgood musical about Sisterhood hits the spot. Like the last time, there was a full standing ovation at the end. Beverley Knight is not there on Sunday 24 July as she has a gig with Jools Holland, so if you are booking tickets, check what days Beverley Knight is performing/not performing.
