I mentioned the charity gig at The Royal Opera House in 2002 , where he was supported by Joe Strummer & The Mescaleros , which was Joe Strummer's second last ever London show. Press/VIP night party for ACCIDENTAL DEATH OF AN ANARCHIST at The Haymarket Hotel, London SW1. The excellent 'Only Fools and Horses ' has ended its long run at The Royal Theatre, Haymarket. Accidental Death of an Anarchist (Italian: Morte accidentale di un anarchico) is a play by Italian playwright Dario Fo that premiered in 1970. It has been performed across the world in more than forty countries. The play is based on the 1969 Piazza Fontana bombing. Around 300 guests are by the nice swimming pool in this upmarket hotel. SHEILA HANCOCK was the only well known face here. A few years since i last was here, which was for the opening night of 'Only Fools and Horses'. I stuck to cokes and orange juice as i certainly overdid it at the previous event in Chelsea. Here they had complimentary wines, beers, canapes, cartons of fish & fries. It was still in full flow when we left.
