Global hitmaker Bebe Rexha announces that she'll be bringing her 'Best F'n Night of My Life' tour to the U.K. Bebe Rexha has seen success with several collaborations including "Hey Mama" with David Guetta, Nicki Minaj and Afrojack, "Me, Myself & I" with G-Eazy, "In the Name of Love" with Martin Garrix, and "Meant to Be" featuring Florida Georgia Line, the latter of which had large success as a country crossover single, peaking at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the United States. Rexha's debut studio album, Expectations (2018), reached number 13 on the Billboard 200 chart in the United States and saw the success of its lead single, "I'm a Mess", and brought Rexha two nominations for Best New Artist and Best Country Duo/Group Performance at the 61st Grammy Awards.Rexha released her second studio album, Better Mistakes, in 2021. In 2023, Rexha released her self-titled third studio album, Bebe, containing the David Guetta collaboration "I'm Good (Blue)", which peaked at number four on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped the charts in 22 countries. Her tracks have totalled over 16 billion streams. In June 2023 a man was charged with assault, after he threw a phone at her at a show in New York, which left Bebe with facial injuries around her eye. -------- Level 3 is half empty tonight, but the other levels are rammed full. Lots of folks from the LGBT+ community here to support Bebe. Support act LION BABE arrived on stage at 8pm to play a decent 30 mins set. They have released three studio albums. Lion Babe is an American R&B duo from New York City, consisting of singer Jillian Hervey and record producer Lucas Goodman (who plays turntable backing tracks duties tonight). Lion Babe has knee length black patent boots and a long curly wig down to her bum. Lots of dancing, and her big bouncing boobs nearly fell out of her bra. She had use of the big screen for some basic digital images. BEBE REXHA and band arrived on stage at 9.05pm for her 85 mins set. Her personal security guy is front side corner of stage keeping an eye on things. Bebe Rexha has better use of the big screen with videos and images of her, and lots of lights. 33 year old New Yorker Bebe Rexha is a plus size girl dressed all in black, with blonde hair flowing. She was joined by two female dancers for several songs. The crowd seem to know the lyrics to all of the songs, and sing loudly along. Halfway through she brought a male and female on stage for a twerk-off , but they were so bad she ended up getting another couple on stage, who fully got into it. The last few songs went down the best, and the encore had everyone up and and dancing. An enjoyable show. Full BEBE REXHA setlist played tonight... AIRBOURNE + BLACK SPIDERS live at The Forum. Airbourne are on a massive three month tour of UK & Europe...June, July, August. Austrailian uptempo rock band Airbourne have released five studio albums. I have seen Airbourne a couple of times before. If AC/DC had four crazy sons, they would be called AIRBOURNE. UK rock band BLACK SPIDERS are promoting their fourth studio album 'Can’t Die, Won’t Die'. ----------- I end up missing the support band Black Spiders tonight. Get inside the venue during the interval and the atmosphere is rowdy and totally buzzing. The venue is not sold out upstairs, but otherwise it is very full. In the upstairs VIP tables is Dante Bonutto, Spinefarm Records Head of A & R. The 90% male crowd are drinking the bars dry. Most are wearing band t-shirts and i see several jean jackets covered in band patches.. The two songs before Airbourne come on stage are rock anthems 'Run To The Hills' and 'Ace of Spades' which are being played loudly over the pa as the crowd sing along and mosh to it. AIRBOURNE arrived on stage at 9.15pm and played for 1 hour 40 mins. A nice stage production with loads of amps and lights and strobes. Airbourne are straight into their no nonsense , heads down , simple , fast , heavy and loud rock sound. The crowd are soon moshing and throwing beers in the air, and Joey the singer throws out beers later. Joey has plenty of stage banter about "living and dying for rock & roll" and many of the songs have "rock & roll" in the song title. To quote an AC/DC song title, singer Joey is a total "Live Wire" throughout the show. A bundle of energy as he moves around the stage ,sweating buckets, along with going into the stalls and balcony to play guitar solos, during the stalls walkabout he cracked a can of beer open to spray over the crowd by banging it against his head. and during the start of the encore , he actually fell into the pit. It looked pretty bad , but after a couple of mins , he was back on stage with bruised ribs, laughing it off. Not sure how he performs like this every night...as it is full on 100% dedication to rock & roll. A great proper rock & roll show for sure. Full AIRBOUNE setlist played tonight...
