New Year Fireworks - The London Eye. 100, 000 have paid £20 each and many more have found places to see it free from a distance. We had a few drinks in the area, very busy with lots of tourists. We are in Red Zone 5 ticketed area for the main event 10pm to 12.30pm. A DJ played tunes before and after the fireworks display. The top notch fireworks display was on for around 10 mins. Lots of those disco party boats on the river looked a good place to watch the fireworks display from. Thankfully it was rain free night , and good fun.
